Ystros guards the entrance to the crypt. He's pretty sure there's some kind of Slaanesh orgy going on inside, but he's been banished for admitting he doesn't like pink.

As much as I love my ruined arch, I have one major issue with it as a background for photos — namely the huge gap in the middle. Right now I can really only use it as a backdrop if I place the mini against the left or right sides, unless I want the bomb site that is my desk to ruin the effect. So today I had an idea. Why don't I make a door?

Neglected but Not Forgotten: Aina, Valkyrie

I originally bought the plastic Bones Aina at Brookhurst Hobbies in summer 2018. That turned out to be a mistake because when I took her out of her blister pack a month or two later, her sword resembled a banana, which I somehow didn't notice when I purchased her. I tried the usual hot water/ice water method but no luck. Into the Magical Box of Unloved Lead she went, and there she stays till this day.

On the fence

I'm on a bit of a scenery kick at the mo after finding some tutorial channels on YouTube and getting addicted to them (they also come in handy when Alicia's watching General Hospital). The stuff they make is amazing, and it's pretty straightforward — basically just foam, card, sand, glue and paint. The other day I stumbled across Vallejo's official channel and found a great video on making a decaying wooden fence so I thought I'd give it a go. 

Fembruary: Destiny

Destiny was dragged to a fancy-dress party by her boyfriend Horace, who promptly abandoned her to chat up a couple of hot chicks. She stormed out only to discover herself in the middle of the zombie apocalypse. Grabbing a gun off a dead cop, she's been dealing death ever since but she's saving one bullet for her now-ex.

As you can see, I'm milking the ruined arch background as much as I can.
